My Fees
My fee for Birth Doula services is $850 (taxes included.)
I ask for a retainer of $400 when you decide to hire me as your Doula. The remainder is due prior to reaching your 36th week of pregnancy. Should you hire me past your 36th week, the entire fee is due when we sign the contract.
- What does your fee cover?
My fee covers all services listed on my Services page. I am a certified Birth Doula with DONA and operate under a strict Standard of Practice, which ensures that I will not perform anything I am not qualified. Clinical procedures (blood pressure, fetal heart checks, vaginal exams, etc) are best left to your midwife or physician.
- Why do you require a retainer?
Your time is valuable. A retainer fee ensures that I will not accept another client during your due date and that I will be available for you when you need me.
